SMT Consulting worked with True Alliance to implement a fully integrated and transparent demand and inventory management process by implementing the following SAP modules

  • Demand Planning (DP)
  • Supply Network Planning (SNP)
  • Business Warehouse (BW)
    with a focus on a standard SAP transfer of data via the core interface (CIF).
    The priority was given to simplicity to ensure a process focus rather than a software focus as well as a quick implementation.
